Interview Skill Building Services
Most employers will tell you that it doesn't matter how professional or well developed a candidates resume is, if they struggle to verbally present their key skills, abilities and experiences they will greatly reduce or eliminate their chance of securing the job. That is why CAN has developed our comprehensive Interview Skill Building program. Our program's goal is to provide individuals with the tools, resources and skills to walk into any interview situation with confidence and the ability to present themselves in the best possible manner and ultimately to secure meaningful employment.
Our program is completely flexible and available to any Workers in the Red Deer and Central Alberta area. We customize delivery of these services individually to the needs and learning / educational levels of clients as identified through the assessment process. These services can be facilitated in a 2 hour quick overview or up to a 6 hour mini-workshop; including full mock interview, review of strengths BS weakness and recommendations for improvement by one of our Employment Specialists.
