Job Finding Clubs
One of the most widely successful programs ever implemented in Career Development has been the Job Finding Club concept popularized over the past few decades. Although there has been a trend towards more personalized, 1-on-1 services CAN has always maintained a strong focus on providing group facilitated forums which aid in self-esteem, motivation and collaborative work search activities. It is our belief that individuals perform dramatically better when supported by others in similar situations and experiencing similar challenges.
As a result of our strong belief in these types of programs, CAN has developed and customized their own work search system based on the strongest points of early curriculum's, which have been revised and adapted to add solid value and increased outcomes for participants in services.
