Online Work Search Workshop
CAN is excited to offer a new and exciting workshop in response to feedback by a wide selection of clients over the past few years. As of Spring 2009 can has launch Online Work Search as a way of assisting our clients to to learn the ins and outs of internet resources and webpages.
Clients are walked through the very basics of web pages, emails and web browsers all the way through the msot current work search, job posting and employment related websites. Course overview is as follows:

ii. Getting Started – URL’s, Browsers & Search Engines... Oh My!
iii. Online Work Search – Introduction to Various Types of Sites
iv. Work Search Alternatives – Non-traditional Work Search & Internet Integration
v. Practical Application – Email / Account Set-up and Independent Research
This work shop was design for the basic work searcher with limited internet abilities to upgrade their skills and knowledge, with the aim of making the work search process more simplistic and effective.
