CAN has gone through a major of evolution since its opening in 1997. One of the major changes we have undertaken is to launch a full range of services for Employers.
We understand the current labour market and subsequent worker shortage that has accompanied the recent boom in Alberta. For years the government and service providers have focused almost primarily on assisting "Workers". Within the last 4 years it has grown increasingly more difficult for Employers to recruit, hire and retain quality staff for their companies individuals needs.
CAN has taken a proactive approach to Career and Employment Services by developing creative services tailored to assist Employers to deal with some of the major issues affecting them today. Please check out some of the services we offer.

Central Alberta Spring & Fall Job Fairs
CAN, in partnership with Alberta Employment & Immigration, have been organizing and facilitating the Spring & Fall Job Fairs in Red Deer, Alberta for the past five years.
