This 5 week intensive training program designed for individuals aged 18-30 who are not currently or in the past received EI benefits, seeking the opportunity to begin a career in an Industrial Labouring position. Participants will complete a wide variety of exposure courses, workshops, and work experience to help them gain the basic skills and knowledge required to successfully obtain and maintain employment in this field.
The Career Assistance Network has partnered with High Arctic Energy Services on this initiative. HAES is offering paid training (including obtaining a Class I Driver's License) and a guaranteed job for successful participants.
