CAREER ASSISTANCE NETWORK'S COVID-19 HEALTH AND SAFETY PROCEDURES

Career Assistance is very pleased to announce that effective July 2, 2020 in-person services will resume with protocols in place to reduce the transmission of COVID-19 as  the health and safety of clients, staff and the general public is our utmost concern. In accordance with Alberta Health Service Protocols and Government of Alberta Legislation, CAN has implemented the following procedures to maintain the safety of clients and staff:

  • Thorough cleaning completed throughout the day using the Alberta Health Services “Twice Wipe” method

  • Availability of in-person or distance / virtual services for clients

  • Completion of pre-service registration by telephone

  • Staggering of in-person services to reduce crowding and avoidable contact

  • Symptom checking of staff and clients prior to entry office entry; anyone exhibiting symptoms will have services rescheduled

  • Floor markers in place, smaller class sizes and offices reconfigured to maintain physical distancing requirements

Through the implementation of the above procedures, CAN reduces the potential for the transmission of COVID-19. We appreciate your co-operation with the above measures while accessing services.

If you have questions regarding our COVID-19 procedure or other measures we have implemented to protect our clients, please contact the office at 403-341-7811.
