Central West Individuals for Employment Services

Are you finding it harder then ever to find the work you want? Do you live in rural areas that seem to have fewer work options?

 

Don't worry, you’re not alone, and we can help.

This FREE program allows individuals to develop new skills, abilities, and job placement supports with local employers.  If you are unemployed, generally lacking experience or skills, and live in the Wetaskiwin County, Ponoka County and Brazeau County regions, contact us today to find out how we can help.

Resource centers are available in for this program, please see further information below:

  • Career Assistance Network in Wetaskiwin (5014 48th Avenue), Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 4:30pm and Fridays from 8:30am to 3:00pm.

  • Vital Safety Training in Drayton Valley (5203 50 Street), Wednesdays from 9:00am to 4:00pm.

Our various job search support programs have allowed between 70-95% of our clients who successfully complete them to secure full-time paid employment.
